Products ordered
We supply everything for the job as an authorised dealer. Most products arrive within 2 to 7 days, so the work is never waiting on a missing basin.
Installation
Our employed fitting team carries out the installation, supported by vetted trades we have worked with for years. You deal with one person throughout.
Sign-off and aftercare
We walk the finished room with you before we call it done. Anything that develops a fault later is handled through us, not a call centre.

Not everyone needs our installers, and that is fine.
Choose your products at the showroom, and we supply them to you or your fitter with no minimum order. Your installer gets the same 2 to 7 day lead times and the same honest answers about what fits where, and you still get warranty handling through us on everything supplied.

Aftercare from the people who fitted it.
Every product we supply carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and we manage that warranty for you. If a tap fails or a panel arrives with a hairline crack, you tell us what has gone wrong and we deal with the supplier, arrange the replacement and fit it.
Most retailers hand you a helpline number once the invoice is paid. Because our bathroom installers and our supply business are the same company, the person who takes your call can actually fix the problem.
