The consultation, the home survey and the design work are free when you are planning a project with us. You see the plans and a full written quote before you commit, with no charge for exploring options and getting ideas.
We recommend supplying the products through us, because as an authorised dealer we can be sure what is drawn is what arrives. You are not tied to our fitting team though. If you have your own installer, supply only is fine.
Yes. We produce 2D floor plans and 3D visualisations so you can see the layout and the finished look before a single product is ordered. If something is not quite right, we change it on the plan, not on site.
Yes. Part of the survey is noting where the soil pipe, water feeds and electrics run. We design to keep costs sensible where we can, and tell you plainly where moving something is worth it and where it is not.
It depends on the room and how quickly decisions get made. After the survey we usually turn the first plans around within a week or so, then revise them until you are happy before pricing the job.
We design for homes across Hertfordshire and into Essex and North London, working from our Hoddesdon showroom. You can start the design in person there, or book a home visit for the survey.
